How paying works
Every pass is a one-time payment in US dollars. You see the price before you pay and you are never charged again automatically: when a pass ends, your account goes back to the free plan unless you buy another. Buying while a pass is still running adds the new time after it. You need a free account to buy, so the pass is attached to it.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle takes cards and PayPal, sends your receipt, and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies.
Refunds
If a pass is not right for you, you get a full refund within 30 days of buying it, for any reason. See the refund policy.

Questions
Do I need Premium to take typing tests?
No. Typing tests with all their statistics, lessons, races, your profile, badges and the leaderboards are free.
Does Premium renew automatically?
No. Each pass is a one-time payment for 30 days or a year, and it simply ends. Nothing is charged again.
Can a teacher pay for a whole class?
Yes: the coaching centre pass removes the limits on classes and students, and students stay on free accounts.
